A staunch Jewish anti-Zionist
Isaacs writes on 19th January 1946 just as the UN was debating “the Palestine Question”
He writes an analytical, clearly thought case for why Palestine should not be partioned and the strong warnings of the dangers of implementing political zionism.
It is disturbing to see how his predictions have virtually all come to light.
Presumably Isaacs had passed his paper onto the groups negotiating at the UN.
Clearly it was ignored.
This version is an online reproduction of the original text, unannotated. A second version is currently in production with images, historical citations, and annotated with “what happened” to each of Isaac’s predictions as a disturbing juxtaposition.

This article examines a stunning legal precedent from an appeal from the organisers of my local pro-Palestine march in Düsseldorf in Germany. The case law findings have huge ramifications for free speech - and paving the path to saving Israel from itself.
The legal turning point allows critical examination of the founding of the state of Israel - abbreviated in now-allowed march slogans “There is only one state - Palestine ‘48” - and demand for peaceful change in existing conditions in Israel to reach that point.
